A new kind of rodeo experience is on the way this weekend in Pawhuska.
A company called Ticket Play Entertainment is introducing a free-to-play game that lets spectators engage with events alongside competitors. While the company is initially focusing on rodeos, it expects to expand to all types of sporting events.
To introduce their program, they’re hosting a Rodeo and Cowboy Horseback Mounted Shooting event on November 15th and 16th at the Osage County Fairgrounds in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Admission tickets for the Cowboy Mounted Shooting is $10 at the gate or $8 in advance noon to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Rodeo tickets are $15 at the gate and $12 in advance. Kids 12 and under are free.
Students in the Coffeyville FFA Chapter are selling tickets, and they say each sale benefits the chapter.
