The Kansas Corporation Commission is looking for public input on the upcoming launch of the Kansas Home Rebates Program.
The program is designed to help Kansas households lower energy costs and improve the comfort of their homes. The Kansas Home Rebates Program was established by the Inflation Reduction Act and has allocated $105.6 million dollars to help lower energy costs for low to moderate income households.
As part of the planning process, the KCC is planning to hold several engagement sessions with Kansas utility companies, contractors, other State agencies, and the community in order to tailor the program to meet the needs of Kansans.
Kansans can visit the KCC website for information on how to participate in the engagement sessions, learn more about the Home Rebates program, track the status, and find answers to frequently asked questions.
