A new group has been formed for those interested in the arts in Coffeyville.
The Coffeyville Art Collective is a new initiative to develop programming around the Midland theater, and all are welcome to be a part of the group.
The CAC will meet tonight at 5:30 at the Midland Theater to continue planning CAC events. This meeting is for all people interested in participating in this year's radio play production in December. This year's radio dramas are Dalton Radio Skit and “The Speckled Band,” adapted by Pete Walterscheid, directed by David Beck and produced by James Copeland.
The Radio Play casting call for speaking parts and supporting roles in the two productions will be this Saturday, Nov. 9 from 3:00 - 4:00 PM, also at the Midland. These productions are a collaborative effort among the Midland Theater Foundation, KGGF Radio, and CAC. All are invited to spread the word and invite your friends.
