A Wednesday morning fire leaves a Girard home in ruins.

 

 Fire crews in Crawford County responded to the call around 10:30 yesterday morning. The Crawford County Sheriff's Department says the house was fully engulfed in flames when responders arrived on the scene. The home was completely destroyed in the blaze.

 

Crews from the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, Crawford County EMS, Sherman Fire, District 4 Fire, Hepler Fire, and Arma Fire responded to the scene.
