A Dewey man faces charges of felony DUI in Washington County, OK, stemming from a Saturday incident.

 39-year-old Michael Cornelius was allegedly discovered by police on Saturday night asleep in his car in a lane of traffic on a Bartlesville street. Officers say Cornelius showed behaviors such as red eyes, slurred speech, and struggled to keep his eyes open during field sobriety tests. A search revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

Cornelius was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail where he is being held on a $25,000 bond. His next court appearance is Friday.
