Police in Nevada, MO, say a recent traffic stop has resulted in a major drug bust and arrest.

 Nevada Police stopped a suspicious vehicle driven by 41-year-old Avious Steadman of Nevada. A K-9 officer indicated the presence of drugs in the vehicle and further investigation revealed over 600 fentanyl pills and two ounces of cocaine.

Steadman was arrested and taken to the Vernon County Jail on multiple felony charges including Trafficking Drugs in the 1st Degree and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
