Traffic along 400 east of the 169 interchange is backed up due to an accident.
An automobile versus horse and buggy accident was reported this morning around 8:30. Traffic just north of Parsons Tri-City Airport on 400 is slowed as first responders deal with the incident. Drivers in the area report two ambulances leaving the scene just before 9 a.m. This is a developing story, we'll have more details as they are available.
