A Parsons woman pleads not guilty to a 2023 murder.
23-year-old Dakota Patton was last seen on April 25, 2023. He was reported missing the day his vehicle was found in a field on Xavier and 20th Road in Neosho County, on May 8th.
Kimberly's husband Clint changed his plea to guilty earlier this week as part of a plea deal. Clint will be sentenced on December 3rd for the amended charges of intentional second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Because of Kimberly Nibarger's not-guilty plea, a jury trial could be requested.
