A man from the western Kansas city of Kinsley is injured in a single-vehicle accident in Cherokee County.
32-year-old Thomas Cunningham was riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound on US-69 Alternate near Riverton on Saturday night when he entered a roundabout at the K-66 intersection. Cunningham failed to negotiate the curve of the roundabout, lost control of his bike, and laid the vehicle on its side. Cunningham was ejected from the bike in the crash. He was taken to Springfield Mercy Hospital with serious injuries.
