Tiny homes were the topic earlier this week in a workshop conducted by the city of Caney.
With building and lending organizations interested in bringing in tiny houses to Caney, City Administrator Kelley Zellner says the land being looked at, near the race track in the northwest side of town, would be a way to make sure zoning is properly addressed.
Zellner says tiny homes work with a set of different zoning regulations.
Zoning regulations are on the agenda for this week's city council meeting, set for 6:30 pm. Monday at City Hall in Caney.
