The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has issued a boil water advisory for the City of West Mineral in Cherokee County.

 Customers are advised to boil water for at least one minute prior to consumption, dispose of ice cubes from ice trays and automatic ice makers, and disinfect dishes and food preparation surfaces.

The advisory will remain in effect until it is rescinded by the KDHE.
