A Bartlesville jury has found a man guilty of kidnapping in a case stemming from January 2023 incident in the Bartlesville Lowe's store.
40-year-old Quincy Wilson of Bartlesville was convicted of the charge Thursday in Washington County Court. The jury deliberated for about 30 minutes before reaching the verdict.
Court documents show that Wilson approached a female worker at Lowe’s in January 2023 and attempted to lead her out of the store against her will. When the victim resisted, Wilson then fled the store.
He was later arrested and charged. The jury trial began last Monday and concluded with the verdict on Thursday. Wilson will be sentenced in the case on October 23rd.
