Two people are hospitalized following a head-on collision that police say occurred just after a domestic violence incident in Altus, OK.

 

 The Altus police Department says someone driving was stopped by a juvenile male who said his mother had been punched by her boyfriend and then forced into a vehicle.

 

Moments later, a head-on collision was reported. Authorities say, the woman's boyfriend caused the accident on purpose. Both the suspect and the victim were taken to a nearby hospital . The suspect was later flown to an Oklahoma City Hospital for further treatment. The people in the other car were also treated for minor injuries.
