The Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Foundation announces the recipients of the 2024-2025 Best Family Scholarship.
Kylie Speer, a Best Family Scholarship winner in 2024, will receive the award again in 2025. Speer is a graduate of Field Kindley High School and Coffeyville Community College. She is studying radiology at Labette County Community College and plans to complete her degree at LCCC in 2025.
Brooka Thomsen-Martin is an RN at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center and is on the nursing faculty at Coffeyville Community College. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan and her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Thomsen-Martin returned to Oklahoma Wesleyan in 2023 and is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
Foundation Director Amy Taylor says the Best Family has generously supported healthcare professionals since 2014 with the award of their scholarship and CRMC is honored to partner with the Best Family on their mission to promote healthcare education.
