Authorities in Wichita are looking for the public's help in locating a convicted murderer.

 64-year-old Kevin Harris was out on bond when he cut the ankle monitor he was wearing and fled. Harris was due to be sentenced this week after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter in April. Prosecutors said he shot and killed 51-year-old Jose Lumbreras in August 2023. Anyone with information on Harris should cal 9-1-1
