The City of Nevada, MO, has a new Fire Chief.
Nevada Interim City Manager Larry Stevens announced on Monday that Acting Fire Chief Taylor McLintic will take over the position on a permanent basis. McKlintic is a 15 year veteran of the Nevada Fire Department. He will officially step into his new role on September 1st. McKlintic will fill the position left vacant by the retirement of former chief Troy Denney.
