There are changes coming to Coffeyville's Customer Service hours next month.
Starting Tuesday, September 3rd Coffeyville's Customer Service for utility customers will change from 8:00am to 4:00pm for the lobby and 8:00am to 5:00pm for the drive-thru to 8:00am to 4:30pm for both the lobby and the drive-thru. In addition to the changes in hours, all account setups must be done in the lobby starting no later than 3:30pm. Account setups will stop at 4:00pm.
