A guilty verdict leads to a sentence of life in prison for a 32-year-old Fayetteville man in the death of a woman found lying beside an Arkansas interstate.
27-year-old Shaletian Robin Zetta Larry of Conyers, Georgia, was found lying beside I-49 in Fayetteville in December of 2020. Lazarus Reaves was arrested in the case. He reportedly had the victim's car keys in his pocket at the time of his arrest. He entered a plea of not guilty in the case.
Reaves was found guilty of capital murder yesterday and sentenced to life without parole plus six years.
