Students in Independence are getting ready to go back to class next week, but before they do that, it's time to party.

 

 Tomorrow night is the Indy Goes Back to School Celebration in Riverside Park. USD 446 Director of Learning Services Kellie Puderbaugh says going back to school should be a fun thing.

 

Puderbaugh says that all USD 446 students and their families are invited to join the fun.

 

In addition to the games, prizes, food, and informational booths, there will be performances by the IHS Dance Team, Youth Cheer, and the IHS Band. Stuff the Bus will also be on site accepting donations. It all happens tomorrow night from 5:30 to 7:30 at Riverside Park in Independence.
