Parsons Police arrest a man in connection to a domestic violence situation.
At around 11pm on Saturday night, P-P-D arrested 28-year-old Tyrell Collins Foster of Parsons on mutliple felony warrants stemming from an investigation that began on June 18. The investigation involved incidents that occurred over a three month period. After a review of material gathered during the course of the investigation, police issued an arrest warrant for Foster.
Foster attempted to evade arrest by fleeing and hiding in an attic. Officers were able to locate him and he was taken into custody without further incident. Foster faces several charges including felonies for Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Domestic Battery. He also faces misdemeanor charges of Domestic Battery and Stalking.
Foster is currently being held without bond in the Labette County Jail in Oswego.
