The Nowata County Commissioners on Monday passed a resolution of the approval of the purchase of new radios for First Responders in the County. 

 

 Nowata County Clerk Kay Spurgeon says the resolution transferring the radios to the county was never actually approved.

 

Spurgeon says the radios were initially put on inventory when first received but there was no resolution detailing the transfer of the radios from the County to the first responders.

 

The motion passed unanimously.
