A Pineville, MO, woman pleads guilty in federal court to charges of kidnapping and murder.
44-year-old Amber Waterman entered her guilty plea yesterday July 30, 2024, in connection to the abduction and death of Ashley Bush of Gravette, AR, and her unborn child. As part of the plea, Waterman admitted to using a false name to lure Bush into a meeting in hopes of claiming the woman's unborn child as her own.
According to federal statutes, Waterman is subject to a mandatory sentence of life in federal prison without the possibility of parole. Sentencing is set for October 15th.
