The Montgomery County Commission holds a brief meeting with a short agenda.

 

 The primary action item on this week's agenda was the need for a new copier in the Register of Deeds Office. Register of Deeds Marilyn Calhoun says the copier is a vital part of what her office does.

 

Computer Department Director Jason Clubine says the copier can't be replaced by one just off the shelf. The replacement needs to be able to handle the work load which means the vendor needs to be able to fix it when it breaks. Clubine recommends selecting a Coffeyville company.

 

Commissioners approved the purchase using money from the tech fund. Also on yesterday's meeting agenda was an executive session, where no action was taken.
