Motorcycle Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

 

 A traffic stop in Cherokee County Monday night leads to the arrest of a Pittsburg man.

 Just after 9:00pm, a Cherokee County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a motorcycle in Weir. During the stop, large amount of meth and pure fentanyl were located and seized.

 The motorcycle operator, 25-year-old Alex Colton Harman, was arrested and transported to the Cherokee County Jail. He is being held on charges of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and several moving vehicle violations.

 Cherokee County Chief Deputy Nate Jones says the street value of the drugs is approximately $10,000.00.
