A former Public Works Director in Centerton, Arkansas, is sentenced to 60 months probation for using city funds personal purchases.
Court records indicate that Ricky Dale Hudson was sentenced after pleading guilty to using more than $60,000 of city money to purchase items such as a drill press, a folding truck bed, and a cover utility box for himself using city funds.
Hudson spent about half of the money on Amazon-dot-com and half on city credit cards, with another $4,000 spent at AutoZone.
Hudson resigned his position in 2023 after being found intoxicated at work.
