A Bartlesville is held over on a $2 million bond after facing new charges.
45-year-old Thomas Conway was arrested earlier this month on charges related to the death of Alex Daughtery. That case remains under investigation, but Conway now faces new charges related to a search warrant that was executed during the course of that investigation. While police were searching Conway's residence, they found a white liquid that tested positive for cocaine. Officer also found other drug paraphernalia, fentanyl pills, and a loaded handgun.
The new charges against Conway include unlawful possession of a dangerous, controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and unlawful use of a police radio.
Conway is currently being held in protective custody on a $2 million bond. His next court date is set for Friday.
