A Federal Fugitive from justice is captured over the weekend in southwest Missouri.
Deputies from the McDonald County Sheriff's Office along with Detectives and the Special Response Team served two warrants on Thursday in the Goodman, MO, area, as a part of an investigation into a theft ring.
Three people were arrested in the raid. Among them was 37-year-old Cory Rusher. Rusher's history includes a conviction for Burglary of a Federal Firearms Licensee. In 2017 he was sentenced to 6 ½ years in federal prison and 3 years supervised release.
