The Parsons Police Department arrest two registered drug offenders for non-compliance.

 

 44-year-old Neal Wayne Avery of Parsons was found to be non-compliant on July 9^th after it was discovered the address he used to regiater was actually an open field. This, along with another violation, made Avery non-compliant and he was takne into custody on July 15^th.

 

P-P-D also arrested 41-year-old Dustin Eli Schulze on July 15 after he was found in possession of Oxycodone tablets.

 

Both men are in custody and await charges from the Labette County Attorney's Office.
