A 26-year-old Bartlesville man faces burglary in the second degree and larceny shoplifting charges in Washington County, Oklahoma.
Hugo Ramos is accused of taking a television worth nearly $250 dollars from Walmart on July 5th. Ramos is also accused of breaking into an apartment he had been evicted from on July 11th.
He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
