A man named in a sexual assault lawsuit against a Greenwood, Arkansas, preschool face news charges in an unrelated case.
Booking record in the Sebastian County Sheriff's Office show that 55-year-old Jaime Sparks was arrested yesterday on charges of assaulting a minor on July 3rd. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
Sparks has also been named in two lawsuits against Miss Tina's Preschool in Greenwood, which alleges the school knowingly allowed a convicted child predator to be around kids at the school leading to long term abuse.
Sparks is registered as a level two sex offender stemming from a 1993 conviction. His next court date is set for July 17th
