Authorities in Wichita are looking to identify a man found floating in the Arkansas River Thursday afternoon.

 

 Wichita Police along with the Wichita Fire Department responded to a call of a body floating in the waters of the Arkansas River. Crews pulled the body from the river and discovered a male who appears to be in his late 30s.

 

Authorities are not sure how the man ended up in the river, but foul play is not suspected at this time.

 

The investigation is ongoing.
