Construction and repairs are underway at South Coffeyville Public Schools. Superintendent Daryl Pruter says they had three water incidents that flooded the elementary in both May and June.

Pruter says while they are making the repairs they are also upgrading what they can.  Pruter says insurance will cover the water damage repairs which is around 40% of the cost and the school district will cover the rest.
