A Person of Interest in a Monday morning shooting in Bartlesville is located in Kansas.
45-year-old Thomas Conway was taken into custody yesterday evening in Wichita on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, maintaining a dwelling to keep or sell controlled dangerous substances and unlawful use of a police scanner.
Conway is also wanted in Bartlesville in connection to the shooting death of 38-year-old Alexander Daugherty. Daugherty was found by Bartlesville Police around 1am on Monday morning, lying in an ally-way with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died from his wounds.
The Bartlesville Police Department is investigating the case.
