Kansas Highway Patrol Reports No Fatal Crashes Over July 4th Holiday

 

 There's good news for Kansas drivers after the four-day July 4th holiday.

 

 The Kansas Highway Patrol reports that they saw no fatal crashes over the long holiday weekend. That compares to two fatal crashes in 2023 and one in 2022. The number of speeding tickets issued was also down, with 1,085 citations issued. Overall, the highway Patrol assisted a total of 901 motorists over the holiday.
