A single-engine plane crashed yesterday morning near Fayetteville, Arkansas.

 

 The Cessna 180 was taking off from Drake Field, just south of Fayetteville, when an emergency caused the plane to leave the runway and come to a stop in a grassy field. Emergency crews were quickly on the scene and extricated the pilot from the aircraft.

 

No injuries were reported.
