Kansas Teens Hailed as Heroes After Saving Family From Burning House

A pair of Kansas teenagers are being hailed as heroes after saving a family from a burning house.

Jerric Webb and Peyton Caleb were just driving around the town of Greensburg, listening to music and hanging out when they noticed smoke coming from a nearby house. The boys acted quickly and began pounding on the door and windows of the house, hoping to alert the occupants that they were in danger.

The homeowner, Kari Unruh, was in the house and was asleep. Her two children were sleeping as well. Thanks to Webb and Caleb, all three were able to escape the house. Though their home was heavily damaged, no one was injured in the blaze.
