With a potential vote on zoning on the horizon for Labette County, one commissioner pens a letter to the citizens. District Three Commissioner Cole Proehl says he would like the commissioners to hold a town hall for the county before making a decision.

Proehl says this issue of zoning versus renewable energy is dividing the county.

The Commission recently reached an agreement with Plus Power that could bring almost $25 million into the county.
