A Copan woman faces charges of second degree rape in Washington County.
32-year-old Ember Bryan is accused of having an intimate relationship with a 14-year-old boy. The victim told interviewers that Bryan had inappropriate contact with him in October 2023 and again in January 2024 while he was at Bryan's house as a guest of her children.
Bryan has been given a bond of $100,000. Her next court date is set for July 19th.
