The merger between Coffeyville’s Community State Bank and Solutions North, another Kansas Bank becomes official.
The Coffeyville bank will take on the Solutions North name. CEO of Solutions North Bank Dale Winklepleck says the merger is a good fit. Winklepleck says the merger has been a while in the making.
He says the Coffeyville employees will remain in place at the bank. Winklepleck says that there are several advantages for customers of the bank. Although the merger is now official it will still be a while before people notice things such as changes in signage.
