The South Coffeyville Police Department announces the retirement of their narcotics K9 officer.

Mac, a Belgian Malinois, and his handler Captain David Call have been a team since 2017 when Mac was commissioned. Mac has been an integral part of SCPD's success in the war on drugs. He has over 200 detections of narcotics with 133 arrests made and has been used several times to assist other agencies in locating suspects fleeing on foot.

Mac will be living his retirement days with his handler Captain Call. SCPD says Mac was a great officer and will be greatly missed by all.
