Stay Hydrated During Hot Weather

 

 The recent heat and humidity have left

 

 When temperatures rise, it's important to remember to drink plenty of fluids. Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Nurse Practitioner Allison Littleford says water is the best choice.

 

Staying inside, in the air conditioning is also a good idea. For those without air conditioning, find a location where you can stay cool like a public library or cooling center. Taking a cool shower or bath will also help. If you know someone without air conditioning, check in with them during hot weather to make sure they are okay.
