Coffeyville will soon shine a little brighter in the night.

 The City of Coffeyville has been awarded more than $600,000 in Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant money from the Kansas Corporation Commission to install 381 LED streetlights. The new lights will be brighter and more energy-efficient than the current street lights.

The City thanks Coffeyville Municipal Light and Power for their efforts in securing the funding for this new project.
