Election time is just a few months away, and the picture is becoming clearer in Wilson County.

 

With spots on the commission board, Sheriff, county clerk, among other positions up for grabs, citizens are completing to process to become eligible to be on the ballot.

 

County Clerk Kayla Bush says there are a few that have completed that process this week.

 

Additionally, Road and Bridge Supervisor Kary Tatum discussed a $250,000 estimate for bridge repair on Decatur Road between 850 Road and 900 Road. Road and Bridge is also working on Scott Road, 1200 Road, and Barber Road.

 

The commission will meet next on June 5th at 9 a.m. in Room 101 of the County Courthouse in Fredonia.
