A Collinsville man is charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12, lewd or indecent proposal to children under 16, and public intoxication.
According to an affidavit, Rodger Lewis was set to be responsible for for children on May 1st. During that time, Lewis is accused of assaulting two of the minors. The victims told interviewers that the abuse had been occurring for more than two years.
Lewis was given a $100,000 bond. His next court date is set for May 31st.
