A Bartlesville man is accused of assault and battery on two women.
According to an affidavit, 38-year-old Brandon Fowler faces assault charges stemming from a May 7th incident in which he encountered two women who were traveling to Barnsdall. The women were attempting to catch their dog that had jumped out of their vehicle.
Fowler was in the area and allegedly yelled at the women before approaching them while brandishing a metal pipe. Fowler was given a $25,000 bond in the case.
