Authorities in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas are searching for a man who disappeared while kayaking over the Memorial Day weekend.

59-year-old Christopher Jaglin of Bella Vista, Arkansas, was last seen just before noon on Sunday while kayaking in Sugar Creek in northwest Arkansas. He was last seen wearing dark shorts, a green shirt, and a dark hat. His kayak is orange and red. Police are using boats and drones to search for Jaglin. Officials are asking the public to call 9-1-1 if they see something and advise citizens not to enter area waterways due to excessive amounts of debris in the water from the recent heavy rains.
