The USD 506 Board of Education submits a letter to the Labette County Commission in opposition to zoning. Superintendent Dr. John Wyrick says they are asking the commission to consider the implications of county wide zoning.
Dr. Wyrick says zoning could have adverse effects on not only the school district but their students as well. Dr. Wyrick and two members of the USD 506 Board of Education were present during this week's county commission meeting.
