A Field Kindley graduate passes away just hours after graduation.

 

Alonzo Juan Juan drowned at Big Hill Lake, near Cherryvale, just hours after receiving a diploma at the Field Kindley commencement ceremony. The body was recovered Saturday evening by emergency responders.

 

The passing comes just six weeks after another Field Kindley senior passed away in a car accident on Highway 160 west of Independence.
