Kansas joins the states of Wyoming, Utah, and Alaska in suing the Biden administration over a recent rule change to Title IX. 

 The new rules, set to go into effect on August 1^st, states that treating individuals according to biological sex instead of gender identity violates Title IX and can cause a loss of federal funding.
