The Coffeyville Fire Department responds to an early morning fire.
On Wednesday at around 3:00am, two CFD fire trucks responded to 411 West 3rd for a structure fire. Units arrived to a one and half story wood framed structure that was fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters were able to get the fire under control in about 10 minutes. The Kansas State Fire Marshals Office was called in to investigate.
Off-duty personnel and Dearing Fire Department were called for assistance. The home was unoccupied and was deemed a total loss. No injuries were reported.
